Financial & Billing Terms
1. Billing Cycles & Autorenewal
By executing this agreement, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your selected payment method via our secure processor, Stripe. Your billing cycle begins immediately upon successful checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval specified by your chosen tier (monthly/annually) unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
2. Membership Upgrades & Plan Changes
You may request a tier upgrade at any time. Plan adjustments, tier upgrades, or billing frequency changes will be handled dynamically through your member portal. Prorated credits for unused time on a current tier will be automatically applied to your new selection at checkout via Stripe’s native proration engine.
3. Payment Handling & Security
Your financial security is paramount. Your credit card information is never stored or processed directly on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted and managed securely end-to-end by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
4. Billing Support & Cancellation
You retain full control over your subscription. You can view invoices, update your payment details, or cancel your auto-renewal at any time via your Account Dashboard.
